SHIPPING DETAILS

What can you Expect?

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box/package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All our shipments are sent by First Class Mail and in most cases are Recorded. This means that goods will not be left on the door step or with your neighbors and enables a fully discreet service. We use Royal Mail, Business Post courier and Parcel Force (Courier Services work our more cost effective once a parcel reaches a certain weight). Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we will reasonably expect to dispatch the goods within 12 working days - if not a lot quicker. Should there be a manufacturing delay with any of our products, you will be notified by email as soon as we identify the problem.

Shipping Costs

All products shipped with in the UK incur a charge of £4.99. This covers packing and shipping by Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Orders for Overseas (outside of the UK) will incur different charges depending on what the destination address is, as follows : For most of our stock shipping will be as follows, however, there will be exceptions which will be sent in differently.

Southern Ireland and Europe
If your parcel weighs less then 2kg, it will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery. If your parcel weighs more than 2kg, it will be sent by Business Post International and International shipping rates will apply.
Rest of the World
If your parcel weighs less then 2kg, it will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery. If your parcel weighs more than 2kg, it will be sent by Business Post International and International shipping rates will apply.

THE CHARGES

Southern Ireland/Europe and Rest of the World
International rates vary greatly depending on the method of postage and your country of destination Please use out shipping calculator to work out your shipping charges. We have passed on to you our discounted rates which we have negotiated with Parcel Force and Parcel Force International. Please be aware that International postage can be very expensive, especially when you are dealing with heavier items or oversized items. When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will explain the options. In some cases, depending on your address and what you are buying, you will not be given a choice of delivery option - eg. Royal Mail cannot deliver large items. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

BACK ORDERS AND SPLIT DELIVERIES

If we have experienced a manufacturing delay or an item has been out of stock on your order for 12 days, then we are happy to split or back order part of your order for you, BUT, please be aware that while in most cases you will not be charged for the second delivery, on rare occasions (when couriers have to be involved), we may request that you pay for the second delivery and you will be invoiced for this.

IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR DELIVERY ARRIVES
Should you miss your delivery, it will be returned to the local post office where it will wait for you to claim it. The post office will usually hold it for up to 7 days, and couriers for 5 days. On occasion some post offices may hold it longer for you if necessary (you would have to arrange this with them by phone). Should your item be returned to us due to your failure to collect it in time, there will be a redelivery charge which will be charged to you and you will be invoiced for this.

CUSTOMER RETURN ON FAULTY ITEMS
If you return a faulty item for exchange, there is no charge for sending you a new item. If you send an item back claiming that it is faulty, and it is in fact in working order once checked, redelivery charged will apply as above.

CANCELLED ORDERS
Should you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, the delivery charge will NOT be refunded.

LOST PARCELS
Parcels rarely go missing, but from time to time it does unfortunately happen. Should your parcel not arrive within 7 working days please Contact us and we will track it for you to find out when it left our warehouse. Royal Mail have requested that we wait 15 working days before reporting an item as lost. If you still have'nt received your item after 15 working days (from the date it left the warehouse) we will be able to file a claim with Royal Mail. In this event, we will immediately dispatch another item to you (at no further cost), however, we do ask that when Royal Mail get in touch with you to confirm that your order never arrived, you DO confirm with them so that we can complete our claim with Royal Mail.
